Dr. Ratnesh Gupta has won Australian Awards Award for Australian honour of distinction in engineering, education, literature and public service

His strong educational foundation, combined with a passion for poetry, has become a guiding light for many aspiring learners. After the passing of his grandfather in 2011, he took on the noble task of publishing his grandfather’s unpublished literary works. This emotionally driven responsibility became a catalyst, propelling him deeper into the literary world. The legacy he inherited has expanded into a personal mission—preserving heritage while creating his own voice in Indian literature.

As Marcus Tullius Cicero once said, “A room without books is like a body without a soul.” Through his poetry, Dr. Gupta has infused the soul of literature into thousands of lives. A distinguished poet, educator, and public intellectual, he brings over 15 years of cross-disciplinary excellence to his name. His six pioneering poetry books—ranging from Jeevan Ki Rangoli (oct 2024) to dada ki vani (july 2025), have bridged classical Hindi and contemporary themes like science, spirituality, and patriotism, reaching readers in more than 26 countries.
Beyond literature, Dr. Gupta has played an instrumental role in the Indian education and skill development landscape. He served as Director of GATEIIT Academy (2009–2012), led a rural Skill Development Centre, and worked for nearly a decade as Training Officer at Government ITI, Guna. Currently stationed at Government ITI, Datia, he handles multiple key roles, Nodal TPO, Junior Apprentice Advisor, District Incharge for the World Skill Competition, and Master Trainer under ALMT—directly impacting democracy, livelihood, and voting percentage. His two terms as Nodal Principal and his seat on the District Magistrate’s 22 Commissions Team further reflect his administrative credibility. He has mentored over 500 students and continues to shape minds through his online initiative, Ratnesh Classes.

HIS EARLY LIFE

Born on 25 January 1982 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, to Mr. Vikram Gupta, a retired ADO, and Shrimati Savita Gupta, a housewife, Dr. Ratnesh was reared surrounded by a rich legacy of literature. His grandfather, Late Doctor Rambharose Gupta, was a notable Indian figure honoured with a PhD in Child Literature. His grandfather’s legacy deeply inspired him, shaping his values from a young age. He completed his schooling at MLHASSS School, Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, where he excelled academically, earning 89% as a Merit Scholar in class 8 ,indore division ,khargone district bal vidya mandir maheshwar and topping the district khargone of indore division  school govt b h s school maheshwar in class 10 with 82%. Motivated by a passion for learning and social contribution, he pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering, completed in 2004. To enhance his leadership skills and serve society more effectively, he later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NIBM Global, Tiruanantpuram  in 2017, specialising in Social Justice Management with A+ grade.
His highest education is an MBA from NIBM Global, Tiruanantpuram in 2017.

 

HIS JOURNEY

After completing his college education, he embarked on several professional endeavours that blended education, leadership, and creativity. He served as Director of GATEIIT Academy from 2009 to 2012, where he led academic operations and competitive exam preparation. He then worked as Manager of the Skill Development Centre in Gulana, Shajapur, MP from July 2012 to January 2013, followed by a role as Training Officer at Govt. ITI Guna, MP from January 2013 to October 2022. Throughout this time, he simultaneously cultivated his artistry as a poet. He founded GATEIIT, a platform to guide students through competitive exams. His literary journey flourished alongside, marking him as a rare blend of educator and poet.
Despite enduring financial hardships, lack of initial investment, and confronting phases of unemployment, he never allowed setbacks to deter his passion. These challenges only strengthened his resolve. With unwavering determination, he rose above every obstacle and today stands as an outstanding poet, having published eight acclaimed poetry books—and still hungers for more.
His accomplishments have expanded through relentless commitment and continuous self-improvement. Under the mentorship of prestigious institutions, he honed his teaching and literary abilities, which now benefit his students immensely. HIS WORKS

His pioneering contribution to literature began in his secondary school years, where his early poems reflected deep emotional maturity and social sensitivity. His debut book, Jeevan Ki Rangoli, offered a vibrant portrayal of life’s many colours, capturing everyday experiences through poetic insight. This marked the start of a bold literary journey. Since then, he has published five more poetry collections, each expanding in depth, theme, and resonance. His style, rooted in classical Hindi yet accessible to modern readers, has positioned him as a pioneering literary voice. HIS CONTRIBUTION TO LITERATURE

1.      Jeevan Ki Rangoli (oct 2024 on depawali)

This was his debut poetry collection, written with profound sensitivity and a sharp observation of everyday life. The poems reflect the subtle hues of human experience, ranging from joy, pain, nostalgia, to hope. With deep-rooted values and philosophical undertones, this book marked the beginning of his literary career and left a lasting impression on readers who appreciate the simplicity and depth of life’s smallest moments.

2.      Nabhvichaar (jan 2025 on navvarsh)

This book is an introspective and philosophical offering. The poems within explore the “sky of thoughts”, addressing abstract and existential ideas such as self-awareness, emotional duality, and intellectual evolution. Its unique appeal lies in how it fuses poetic expression with conceptual clarity, engaging both heart and mind.

3.      Aisa Des Hai Mera (jan 2025 on republic day)

A stirring patriotic compilation, this book evokes pride in India’s cultural and spiritual richness. Through a series of vivid and powerful verses, it celebrates the unity in diversity of the Indian ethos. The book captures the essence of what it means to belong to a country that is both ancient and evolving.

4.      Mera Swarnim Bharat (jan 2025 on republic day)

Taking forward the patriotic tone, this book presents a vision of an ideal, golden India, progressive yet rooted in values. The poems are forward-looking, optimistic, and motivational, urging citizens to contribute positively to the nation's future.

5.      Vigyaan Vision (feb 2025 on national science day)

An innovative fusion of science and poetry, this book simplifies complex scientific principles through lyrical narrative. Topics include climate change, AI, human evolution, and technology. It is pioneering in its approach to combining scientific awareness with literary art.

6.      Ruhaani Raag (march 2025 ruhani kalam samman)

A deeply spiritual work, this collection explores the themes of devotion, divine love, soul-searching, and eternal peace. It is contemplative and serene, inviting readers into a meditative space through poetic rhythm and spiritual reflection.

In addition to his literary achievements, his professional journey in the field of education and skill development has been equally impactful. Beginning as Director at GATEIIT Academy (2009–2012), he played a key role in shaping the academic futures of aspirants preparing for competitive exams. His leadership ensured personalised mentorship and systematic curriculum planning. He further served as Manager at a Skill Development Centre in Gulana, Shajapur, where he actively promoted technical and vocational education in rural areas, empowering local youth with employable skills.
From 2013 to 2022, he held the post of Training Officer at Government ITI, Guna, where his dedication toward practical learning and industrial readiness was highly appreciated. During this time, he also served two terms as Incharge Nodal, overseeing institutional coordination, academic performance, and administrative efficiency.
Currently, he continues his service as a Training Officer at Government ITI, Datia, and is entrusted with multiple key responsibilities. As a Junior Apprentice Advisor, Nodal TPO and District Incharge for the World Skill Competition, he plays a vital role in honing the technical and soft skills of young participants. As a Master Trainer under the Assembly level master trainer datia 22 (ALMT), he helps shape livelihood opportunities through skill enhancement programs. His inclusion in the District Magistrate’s 22 Commissions Team further reflects the trust placed in his educational and administrative capabilities.
